  Usually food is great but I just left the drive thru with an order of 2 boneless wings meals. Food was cold taste like it had been sitting a while. Not the best experience this time around. Don't like to throw away my Zaxbys!!

  I will never go here again I ordered ten chicken fingers and a shake for my daughter and I. There were more then enough people working. After an hour I had to demand a refund with took another 30 minutes. Then when I called their guest service line I received no answer.

  I have just left zaxbys on hwy 78 accross from the Kroger and after attempting to be polite to a rude staff, purchased an order of onion rings and fried mushrooms. Both of which were extremely under cooked, some peices even containing raw batter... this is ridiculous and not what I expected from a zaxbys. I would recommend driving a little further to the zaxbys further east on hwy 78, if stick with zaxbys at all.
