- 4 / 5By Detlef BLocation used to be Johnboy's Home Cooking, and to their credit two excellent members of the Johnboy's wait staff are helping M & J get up and running. The place just opened but so far food quality and variety seem good. Maybe since it's part of a small chain, there's less of a mom-and-pop feel. Front desk staff could be friendlier.
Some of the items are heavier on salt and oil than you'd want. They leave the kitchen door wide open, so the place is louder than it needs to be. Overall though this is a decent restaurant and a needed alternative in the area.July 07, 2016
