  Great food most of the time and the same with the service. Seems to have gone down hill recently but the management assured us that he would be taking care of the issues we recently encountered.

  This Chilis is a piece of s***, their workers are rude and they need to learn how to be more patient. They always screw up our orders, every time, then they get mad when you ask them if they simply double check it for you. Tonight I have a bonus offer for a free appetizer with a to go order, and of course they did not want to give it to me. I would rather drive 15 minutes away to another Chilis than eat at this one.
