  They never seem to answer the phone, always just rings. It is frustrating that you cannot call ahead to place orders because they do not pickup the phone. Food is okay.

  They have the best wings of all the American Deli's but the one black heavyset girl with glasses ruins it for the whole store. She never smiles, she is rude to other customers, including myself, and always on her food. We have had several problems with overcoooked food, food just sitting on the counter, and she never has a solution. She looks around, and shrugs her shoulder. Everyone else is so nice though. We will have to come on days when she isn't working.
